Set in seven acres of gardens, meadows and trees, Larkhill House is a place to celebrate and unwind. A home for casual suppers, muddy walks, tennis matches, fireside board games and celebrations of all kinds.

Set down a long private drive and within a sprawling seven acre mature and ornamental garden the property is a haven of tranquility available for a limited number of weeks each year.

Enjoy complete seclusion and immerse yourself in the beauty of open landscapes, while still enjoying the convenience of being close to the market towns of Tetbury (2 miles), Kemble train station (4 miles), Cirencester (10 miles), Cheltenham (25 miles).

Larkhill House is in a serene hamlet on the edge of Long Newnton, just outside the charming town of Tetbury. The house is extremely flexible whether you are bringing friends and family, hosting your bridal party, planning a corporate off-site or board meeting, the house offers space, privacy, extreme comfort and charm in equal measure.

Travel here is easy from London with regular trains from Kemble (70 minutes), Swindon, Reading and Cheltenham as well. Parking at the property is also easy with capacity for ten cars.

What Makes Larkhill Special

‘Larkhill isn’t a hotel or a show home, it’s somewhere special with real warmth, lived-in comfort and a sense of belonging. Each time I visit I can hear the family gatherings, birthdays and Christmas’s that have taken place over the years here and imagine childrens’ bikes being ridden through garden with dogs charging through the orchard on a sunny day.

With ample space to accommodate eleven guests comfortably, Larkhill House has six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The generously sized kitchen, complete with two eating areas, provides the perfect place for family or informal gatherings. For grander occasions, the elegant dining room easily seats sixteen guests, setting the stage for memorable feasts and celebrations.

Although not licensed to conduct weddings on the property, it’s a beautiful place to gather everyone beforehand to relax and unwind.
